Project Administrator (Temp)

A leading force in the Energy and Utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a critical delivery team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of financial administration, logistics, and high-level document control within a large-scale commercial environment.

The Opportunity:
You will serve as the operational backbone for an integrated project team, ensuring that complex utility programs meet their strategic objectives. This position offers the chance to work in a high-autonomy environment where thoroughness and a "can-do" attitude are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the full project life cycle, from setting up document control structures to managing close-out activities and archiving.
• Manage data within ERP systems, oversee corporate card reconciliations, and assist with monthly contract claims and invoicing.
• Maintain registers for vehicles, plant equipment, and mobile assets while coordinating travel and event logistics.
• Act as a key point of contact for program teams and external partners, ensuring professional documentation and reporting.
• Manage on boarding requirements, oversee PPE inventory, and maintain organisational charts.

About You:

• At least 3 years of administration experience within a medium-to-large commercial organisation.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential; experience with JDE, Concur, or similar financial ERP systems is highly regarded.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across various team levels
• A track record of working effectively under general supervision in fast-paced, changing environments.
